Mount St. Helens erupts

KATU Channel 2 in Portland has a live stream of Mount St. Helens erupting.
At this point it seems to be a minor eruption, officials are warning of the possibility of a larger eruption as they’ve been following movement in the lava dome for several weeks.

The scientists should have blocked off the areas around the mountain. They knew that it was going to erupt soon, so they should have taken more precautions.
