Happy Birthday to me!

Wow, I almost missed this. AMA is one year old today. Crazy.

Normally I celebrate milestones in a definitely unique manner — I think I’ll skip the singing crackheads and go with something more appropriate to the season. It was also one of my first posts and my first official linky from AoS.

John Kerry — throw me under the bus again, please!

John Kerry, not one to know when to slink away quietly into oblivion, now claims to have the goods on the Swift Boats for Truth folks.

Kerry says he has the goods on those eeevil Swift Boaters

The 63-year-old Democratic senator told The Patriot-Ledger on Tuesday that the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth, a group of Navy servicemen who served with Kerry and criticized his record in Vietnam, will be revealed as liars.

“We have put together a documented portfolio that frankly puts their lies in such a total light of absurdity and indecency, that should they ever rear their ugly heads again, we have every single ‘t’ crossed and ‘i’ dotted, and I welcome that in a sense,” Kerry said after addressing Boston’s South Shore Chamber of Commerce. “It’s a shame we weren’t able to produce all that at the time.”

This will be interesting. He could have ended all talk about this before the election that he lost if he would have kept his promise to release his complete military records. That was what? Three years ago? Still waiting…

Of course, he didn’t want us to know the truth then and it will be interesting to see what version of the truth he cooks up now.

Don’t miss this revelation, no doubt to be announced on his “Christmas in Cambodia” holiday special on MSNBC next month. Make sure to wear your magic hat while watching.

This is a new controler thats supposed to be released soon, or eventually, or never.  Basicaly it looks like a rather geriatric fake breast, with a nipple that is tenuously attached by three very large pieces of flesh acting as the actual controler.

Kinda makes me wonder if Ace will ever get it, or if he does, if this is what he will look like while playing a first person shooter.

Four shopping days left until the Winter Solstice, and despite our best efforts to suck every last ounce of joy out of the holiday season there are still some Christians out there who insist on turning Christmas into one big religious hoorah. It’s therefore incumbent upon us as progressives to take whatever steps necessary to not only protect the sacred Wall Between Church and State from such proselytizing fanatics, but our impressionable children from the soft bigotry of Christian imagery.

So before I crawl under the sink for the remainder of the holiday, I’d like to leave you with a few quick tips that will help defend you and yours against the cultural disease known as Christmas.

Vandals Stab Family’s Frosty The Snowman To Death For The Third Time.

Cincinnati, OH - A family in Ohio was prey to holiday vandals recently. Their lawn decorations were attacked by neighborhood scrooges.

The holiday grinches have been knocking the wind out of frosty.

A hidden camera caught two people stabbing repeatedly an inflatable snowman.

The snowman’s owner, Matt Williquette says, “I thought I heard something but didn’t think much of it but then my wife came running downstairs saying ‘frosty was down.’”

Williquette has seen this happen twice before in the last three weeks, “They slashed him there and they also got him in the head twice.”

Ah, but there is a somewhat happy ending to the story.

Last week Matt installed a hidden camera because he knew the vandals would come back.

This time he got them on tape. The police were canvassing the area.

Deputies arrested Robert Snell who lives on Overdell Drive.

Matt now plans to install a second camera and once again patch Frosty with another round of masking tape, “If anything it makes me want to decorate more and put more stuff out.”

Yesterday afternoon, a second suspect surrendered to police.

Nathaniel Daniels, 18, was arrested and charged with one count of criminal damaging.

Morons. Watch the video, these guys have some issues to resolve.

A Jersey Evening Post journalist is making a late bid to reach the top of the charts this Christmas by dressing as a reindeer and urging the nation to “hug a Muslim”.

Why didn’t they tell us that’s all we had to do a long time ago?
