I have an idea for all of our politicians on the Hill that want to enact gun laws that only punish the innocent. Since I have no faith in the “you have to vote for the bill, to see what’s in it” crowd, I’ll also be happy to share with folks in all of the flyover redneck states that somehow manage to balance their budgets.

And since we have an Attorney General that has never seen a constitution that cannot be interpreted politically — would have to be up to individual State’s Attorneys and state legislators.

Force cities with high gun crime rates to enforce the gun laws already on the books and go after the criminals that commit 99.99% of gun crime.

Force those that violate the public trust and the oath of their office to be held accountable.

Those cities that choose not to enforce the law and make an effort to take ILLEGAL guns off the street will face incremental fines that go up as each crime with an illegal gun is committed. The law enforcement officials (talking to you Garry F. McCarthy) and mayor will be given warning and then also charged criminally for not enforcing the law by statute.

When you consider that 90% of the guns crimes in this country occur in cities with the toughest guns laws that are never enforced in high crime areas that are run by Democratic machines that would consider this political suicide — this might seem a pipe dream.

However, according to that great sage Saul Alinsky, this would be the perfect time to make this a wedge issue.

We must embrace legal gun control. Embrace it with everything that we have. End gun crime.

End it by taking illegal guns off the streets and by punishing those that refuse to do it.

Before you start going after the people that commit less than .004% of all gun crimes…

Enforce the fucking law as it stands.

We have an opportunity to take an issue and throw it in the face of the hypocrites. They want to own this?

Lets feed it down their throat every crime committed by an illegal gun owner in their districts at a time. Not hard to follow this. Also not hard to keep up with legal gun owners that defend themselves — it’s starting to get momentum.

Federalism was not served, because the Libs are shameless. Gridlock in this case does not serve federalism. It serves an existing status quo that was shoved down the throats of the entire nation due to a narrow lead in the legislature and a complicit president that lasted less than two years.

Because the rules have already been applied, illegally I think, in Obamacare, gridlock is BAD! And because we will likely lose the Court, gridlock is an indirect validation of a one time tyrannical act by a willfully arrogant government that only existed for about 19 months.

A tragedy that should be an opportunity.

I actually find this a tragedy.

There is a black market,with no recourse for compensation in case of failure. Were this legal, and yes, I think it should be, I think that at least 10′s of thousands of lives can be saved. There are many people who are hard put upon who can receive a significant payday while at the same time saving lives of 10′s if not hundreds of thousands, or maybe if it was globally applied millions of lives, on both sides.

On one side, you have those beneficiaries of the organs that are willing donated from a live donor, (kindeys, skin, and partial liver transplants) as well as those who are in such desperate measures that they will take such a risk. If it were legal, which I believe it should, then there would be additional protections requiring that the process is as safe as possible, such as a guarantee to next of kin, or an assigned beneficiary through a will that must be filed in advance of the procedure.

Another thing it can do, is allow prisoners to “will” their organs, in exchange for compensation posthumously, including deathrow inmates. THIS subject is the reason I support “Nitrogen Asphyxiation” as a humane and also beneficial method of execution, allowing scum, on a volunteer basis, to do something good with their death.

Other than The Soul, and the Mind, we are basically machines, and sometimes we can take advantage of the appropriate replacement part. Also This will open up a market that will save lives through biological exchange, as well as lives through contractual exchange, that will ALSO lead to a reduction in price, and rarity.

Saving lives through risk. I did that, Mesa did that, Most of my friends did that, and all we got was the pretty uniforms and a lot of pride. That was enough for me, but for others, they need something else. If whatever that something else saves lives, then I’m all for it.

It’s an old joke of mine, I live a very modest, VERY modest life, and because of some of the things I know people who know me ask something along the lines of, “With all you know what have you done with it, and what are you gonna do in 20 years?”

I say, “Well, hopefully, I can buy a porch, house optional, maintain a lawn, plant begonia’s and buy a shotgun.”

people who don’t know that I’m setting up a joke, which are relatively rare in the internet age, ask “Why the hell would you do that?”

“So I can rock on my porch, and tell kids to GET OFF MY LAWN AND DON’T TRAMPLE MY BEGONIAS! while threatening them with a shotgun.”

Point being, it’s the simple pleasures in life that we hold close, and I’m a true environmentalist, I’m from farm country, sorta, and I love the natural beauty of the world, more importantly I like how much MORE beautiful the effort of man managing the environment has made it, while at the same time being able to produce a valuable product from that land. If you don’t appreciate the beauty of a well managed piece of farmland then you are a fool, and noone is gonna take that away from Americans. We don’t pollute, not because the government tells us not to, we were already polluting less before the EPA, The people spoke. without the governments intervention.

Summary: As long as I can defend myself, my family and my property, You aren’t going to fuck up my lawn, you aren’t going to trample my begonias, and you aren’t going to pollute my environment.
